OneNote on all Mobile Devices

Another Tips & Tricks for July!! We're doing well this month, it's the third one!! 😃

In December last year (2021) I posted a post while we were away on holiday explaining how to get OneNote onto your phone, so you can always access it if you want to create posts or write down thoughts for future content, even when you are away from your computer.

Use OneNote on all your mobile devices

Today's tip is a reminder about that, as well as that you can download the OneNote app onto any of your devices whether you use Android or Apple—OneNote can be downloaded onto all of them.

If you're using the OrganiSZer OneNote to capture your notes and Canva to create your post images or videos, you're completely mobile with respect to being able to capture ideas and post content, no matter where in the world you are!

Once you've downloaded the OneNote app to your device, when you open it for the first time, it will open a OneNote that's automatically generated, so you'll need to connect your Personal OneDrive account, in order to access your OrganiSZer OneNote. You have to do this step on each individual device you want to use your OrganiSZer OneNote on.

When you click on the Notebooks button at the bottom left hand side of the screen and you scroll down to the bottom of the list, on Android there's an option to Add accounts, click that and your Personal OneDrive account will show up as an option. It's a little different on Apple devices.

Select that account, you'll then be prompted to log in and once you've logged in, you can navigate to your Documents folder where the shortcut to your OrganiSZer OneNote will be located. Click to open, it will download your OrganiSZer OneNote and you're all set to go!!
